Date and Place Taken

Camera/Lens Used:
Sony a7R IV, Sony FE 2.8/24-70 GM Lens
Story of the Photograph:
One of the joys of walking around the Reservoir in NYC is to photograph the reflection of the skyline on the water. It had been a while since I took a leisurely walk around the Reservoir, so this evening, after work, I decided to take my camera along. What turned out is a series of photographs which I called “When water dreams'.”
This is a reflection of a Fifth Avenue Building on the Central Park Reservoir. I adjusted the shutter speed to 1/200th of a second to capture as much detail as possible of the moving water. I then enhanced the colors to emphasize the magnitude of the details. As always - I did not touch the raw photo. The combination of light and water is incredible. And as always, nature makes the ultimate art.
